Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Please contact our concierge for modifications to your booking.
Guests are liable for any damage to the room or property caused by them or their party during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any such damages. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Usage of the pool, garden, and other amenities is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
